In this role you will take care of the operational HR management mainly in payroll, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and employee experience. At the same time, you will act as the main contact providing guideline to the employees regarding the HR services.

Your duties
Act as the main contact for employees regarding HR services to solve queries and doubts for current and future employees.
We need your acumen and expertise to drive the employee life cycle including (talent acquisition, hiring processes, corporate onboarding trainings, new hirings follow up interviews, training tracking for each employee, labor certificates, employees’ files etc.)
With your planning competence you can deliver and manage all the employee benefits (saving fund, infonavit, fonacot edenred, health checkups, life insurance medical expenses and others).
You will be responsible for keeping our management systems updated in workday, Sirce, fonacot, monex, fonacot and other related to HR
With your networking skills you will have fluid communication with our internal customer to be able to coordinate daily work and updates.
With your negotiation experience you can strengthen and develop HR providers in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Your profile
5 years of relevant experience operating payroll, compensation & benefits, employee experience and talent acquisition.
Working knowledge of industry standards and practices is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR Management Systems (Edender, Monex, Sirce, Workday, CEMEFI)
Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, as well as corporate responsibility, given that this role is part of the CSR committee
