About the Role
Are you passionate about digital HR tools and eager to make a real impact on how people learn and engage at work? We are looking for an HRIS Expert to join our agile and collaborative team, focusing on Learning Management (Docebo) and Employee Engagement Surveys (Glint).
You will be part of a global team responsible for the development, support, and continuous improvement of HR systems. This is a highly visible role within HR, offering a mix of operational support, system configuration, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The team is responsible for support to HR, to perform global admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.
Your Responsibilities
System Support & Maintenance: Provide daily support for Docebo and Glint platforms, including troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution.
Configuration & Optimization: Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and reporting functionalities.
Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from both systems to support business decisions and improve user experience.
Policy Development: Work on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with LMS system best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system solutions.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 2 years in LMS administration (preferably Docebo) or learning modules withing HRIS (preferably Workday). Experience with Glint or similar survey tools is a plus.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with data, Excel, and ideally some scripting (e.g., Python). Understanding of system logic, reporting structures and databases.
HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes, especially in learning and employee engagement.
Soft Skills:
Self-driven and eager to learn
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to set boundaries and manage expectations
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
