About the job
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales of advanced separation technologies—including membranes, decanters, and separators—primarily within the Food & Water sectors in Norway. You will be part of a dynamic Nordic sales team focused on delivering cutting-edge Separation Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with the Market Area Manager, the broader sales team, and cross-functional departments, to ensure seamless customer engagement and solution delivery.
Key Tasks
As an Inside Sales Engineer, your role is focusing on remote customer engagement. While direct customer visits are minimal, you will work in close collaboration with the Area Sales Manager in Norway to ensure a seamless and effective sales process. Your main responsibilities include:
What You Know
You bring a technical mindset and commercial acumen, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and drive results.
Engineering degree (or near completion)
Experience in technical sales or the Food & Water industry (advantageous)
Ability to create precise technical quotations and solutions
Skilled in CRM and digital tools for sales analysis
Fluent in Norwegian and English
