About the Role
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be part of a Nordic sales team within the Energy Division, focusing on delivering thermal and energy separation solutions to customers in the process and energy sectors.
You will work with a selected group of high-potential customers while actively identifying new opportunities to expand our presence in the market. Strong collaboration across sales, technical, and service teams will be key to your success.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Support selected customers with technical expertise in heat transfer and energy separation
Execute established sales processes to promote Alfa Laval products and solutions
Prepare competitive and value-based quotations highlighting customer benefits
Manage tendering activities and follow up with stakeholders
Provide advanced technical support during quotation and solution development (sizing, selection, etc.)
Use digital tools (e.g., CRM) to plan, prioritize, and analyze sales opportunities
What You Know
You are solution-oriented, collaborative, and have a strong commercial and technical mindset. You enjoy engaging with customers and translating their needs into concrete solutions.
You bring:
A degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, chemical, or process
Experience in B2B sales or technical support, ideally within the process or energy industry
Familiarity with heat exchanger technologies and applications
Knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems
Fluency in Swedish/Danish and English - written and spoken

About the Site
This position can be based in Flemingsberg, Lund, Kolding or Søborg, depending on your proximity and preference. You will join a collaborative Nordic team, with occasional travel expected across the region (approximately 10–15 days per year).
