About the job
We are looking for an Order Handler to Local Assembly Configure to order within our delivery department in Lund, Sweden. In this role, you have an important role and responsibility in our standard orders. You handle everything from end to end. You are responsible for receiving the order through the supply chain to deliver to the customer. Our products have a great range of applications and our goal is to deliver the right product with the right quality at the right time at the right cost.
You are in daily contact with many internal stakeholders at all levels of our organization, our Sales companies worldwide, warehouses and make assembly, and business units. Working with continuous improvement is something that is part of our service.
Who you are
You enjoy the attention to detail, taking an active part in our projects, and collaborating with others to solve semi-complex orders together. You are self-motivated, can prioritize and focus on a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working towards deadlines. We believe you are positive, enjoy learning, are responsive, and want to give our customers the best possible customer service.
What you know
Supply chain experience, knowledge, and improvements
Active involvement in problem solutions, captures lessons learned
ERP Systems such as Jeeves or Microsoft Dynamics
Logistics processes
Relevant professional experience ( at least 2+ years of experience)
Lean, Six Sigma project methodology
Swedish and Advanced English language proficiency
Bachelor's degree or comparable training/experience
This is a fixed term position until until 31 March 2027.
