About the job
As our new QHSE Support, you will assist the Quality-, Health & Safety-, and Environmental organization with various administrative tasks. Some of your key responsibilities include:
Support all process owners in drafting, updating, and creating processes within our Quality Management System (QMS).
Support in the preparation of various management reports, including Management Review, Sustainability Reporting, and Health & Safety Reporting.
Assist with planning and minutes of meetings, audits, and other related activities.
Provide a clear overview of reported Non-Conformance Registrations (NCRs), improvements, and observations to assist process owners in ensuring their processes are properly updated.
Support various ad hoc tasks within the QHSE organization.

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge / familiarity / experience with Quality Management.
Familiar with Office package.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
