The company is going through a major digital transformation. In Group Digital, we secure the strategic direction and lead the implementation of this change. In our organization, the Sales & Service Value Stream, we are responsible for Alfa Laval´s digital solutions supporting end-2-end processes including awareness-lead-quote-order-service execution.
About the job
Now we are looking for a junior Release Train Engineer for our value stream, to work within the value stream and secure collaboration with our colleagues within Group Digital.
The demands from the business are high and the prioritizations are challenging. You will work together with our Senior Release Train Engineer and also be responsible for your own areas. You will be part of a large value stream with experienced people and teams working closely with the Product Management and Business Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience from big complex organizations and sales and service solutions. With your skills in change management and agile ways of working you will be able to coach the teams and stakeholders to secure flow and remove impediments.
