About The Job
Are you ready to be the driving force behind our sales operations? As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our global sales organization, working closely with colleagues across business units and sales companies. You’ll be the “go-to” person for sales tracking, analytics, and coordination, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales tracking tools, including deliveries-to-forecast processes and analytics on the expected sales pipeline.
Maintain various reference lists and IT-related tools (e.g., PowerPoint, PowerBI).
Oversee the sales pipeline for each product type within our portfolio.
Handle administrative tasks related to customer contracts, including owner-benefit agreements.
Become the super user for our CRM program (full training provided).
Coordinate with the marketing team to keep presentations and training materials up to date.
Collaborate with the execution team to analyze delivery performance versus forecasted budget.
Prepare monthly reports for the team.
Collaborate with the operation/planning team to analyze and deliver quantity forecast for our factory in China.
You will be based in our head office in Aalborg, Denmark, and might expect 10 - 15 travel days a year.

What You Know
We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation and a willingness to learn. Whether you’re fresh out of university or have 1–2 years of experience, your skills and drive matter most.
You’ll stand out if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Data/Business Analytics
Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to share results and insights with the team
Basic economic understanding
IT proficiency (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relations (a plus)
Your ability to organize, document, and communicate in a multicultural environment will be key to your success.
