About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Alfa Laval's talent strategy and ensuring we attract the best candidates. Your key responsibilities include:
Talent Focus: Proactively source and attract top talent using innovative methods, ensuring alignment with our business needs.
Employer Branding: Partner with stakeholders to strengthen our employer brand, positioning Alfa Laval as an employer of choice in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Development: Drive initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and championing our core values of care, empowerment, and innovation.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment technologies, applying insights to improve talent acquisition strategies and outcomes.
About you
You are passionate about making a positive impact and believe in pioneering solutions. Your project management skills ensure smooth processes that deliver real value. You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and inspire those around you.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Education: A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with strong computer skills (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with proactive recruitment techniques, including headhunting and talent pipeline management.
Analytical Skills: Experience using data to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Cultural Competence: Experience in a multicultural environment and strong negotiation skills are beneficial.
