About the Role
Parts Distribution and Logistics (PDL) in Alfa Laval has the main responsibility of distributing spare parts to our sales companies and end customers through our Distribution Centres around the world. We are now looking a Team Lead for the PDL Data Management Team! You’ll play a pivotal role in our transformation journey, shaping how we work with data management across PDL – and the system landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Data Management: Oversee PDL data across ERP and business systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Data Quality & Governance: Develop and implement best practices for data governance, proactively monitor and resolve data errors.
Change & Test Management: Drive test and change management processes, especially during D365 ERP implementation and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align processes and maintain data integrity.
Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and develop the team through transformation and adoption of new technologies.

What You Know & Key Qualifications
Proven experience in data management within complex data environments
High-level data expertise (SQL, data modeling, data governance)
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - must have & Movex Pulse - nice to have), advanced planning systems, and reporting systems (Power BI)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
Team Lead experience is highly beneficial and will be considered a strong advantage
