The position / About the Job:
Responsible for executing and monitor the Order to Invoice process for Standard Orders, from order acceptance to final delivery and invoicing. The position has a strong demand to have a customer first mindset, willingness to be a part of our digital transformation and sustainability journey. The role will involve customer liaison, and the position will be based in Pune.

Project Orders: Supporting Project Engineers and Project Managers
Competencies/ Profile:
• Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency
• Savvy in using digital tools and date interpretation
• Self-Organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to express ideas clearly both in
written and verbal formats.
• Organized, methodical and ability to solve problems.
• Proactive and has courage to deliver good or bad news.
• Knowledge of order management, order handling & document control.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset.
• Experience in ERP
• Commercial /Incoterms knowledge
• Knowledge of handling Letter of credit, Shipping and guarantees is preferable.
• Experience in handling logistics and offering solutions for complex orders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability and open to learn new things and adapt to new requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills.
