Your Key tasks

  • Manage the order to cash process for Standard Orders, from the order acceptance to invoicing. (Order fulfillment, Ordering equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order shipping and customer invoicing)
  • Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date.
  • Backlog and WIP maintenance
  • Quarterly and Yearly Inventory check support
  • Claims administration
  • Company projects & Other matters assigned by the supervisor

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel
  • Knowledge in CRM, ERP
  • 1+ year (s) experience in customer support is a plus
  • MA/BA degree in economics or Business Administration. (preferred but not required)
  • English (Upper-intermediate / B2 or higher)
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Assertiveness and can-do attitude
