Join us as Field Service Sales in our mission to pioneer positive impact by driving sales of Alfa Laval’s services and spare parts across Romania.
Where your base city isn’t important—what matters is your willingness to explore installed base and connect with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by promoting and selling Alfa Laval’s services, and spare parts (separators, decanters and heat exchangers)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Regularly visit customer sites across Romania to understand their needs and offer tailored products and services
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decision
  • Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in other to ensure the pipeline
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in field sales
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value-added solutions, enthusiastic to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Romania
  • Fluency in Romanian and good command of English
