Who you are:

To handle complex orders of customized products with sufficient technical knowledge in a project-based working context.

About the job:

• Discuss and align with multi stakeholders for S&OP.
• Coordinate and confirm with head office / sales company / factory for forecast and order booking.
• Order execution and delay risk management, shipping coordination.
• Production cost control and variance analysis.
• Post invoice in D365 and create credit note if necessary.
• To prepare monthly report and maintain/analysis sales data.
• To act as an overall product owner internally in AL Qingdao to support project execution, implementation of new products
• To act as technical specialist for the department to other stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, or other departments.

What you know:

Knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor or above degree, finance and accounting related majors preferred.
• 3 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Well-developed commercial understanding with knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Highly developed analytical skills with demonstrable creative problem-solving experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills – logical and organized (in both Chinese & English).
• Ability to relate from the shop floor to the executive levels.
• Experience in NPI process.
