About the job
We are looking for an inspirational leader to spearhead Talent Acquisition across Europe enabling us to attract, develop and retain the most innovative and curious people in our business.
As a Talent Acquisition manager, you stand out by your excellent people management and leadership skills. You develop deep partnerships with our business stakeholders and within our HR and Talent Acquisition team.
Moreover, you bring great business acumen, a passion for the candidate experience and a genuine commitment to advancing more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive recruitment practices to the table. Your analytical skills round off your profile, and you use data to inform strategies enabling and ensuring every hire makes a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society.
You will report to the VP Global Talent Acquisition and can be based close to any of our larger sites in Europe with a growing team reporting to you.
