Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)

• Manage order processing in ERP systems(iScala) from order acceptance to invoicing

• Handle logistic ensure contract fulfillment

• Monitor backlog and work-in-progress (WIP) to maintain delivery performance and cost accuracy

• Coordinate delivery schedules, shipping documentation, and local delivery processes

• Provide customers with order status updates and delivery date communication

• Coordinate FAT schedules and related customer communication

• Handle customer claims and support issue resolution with internal stakeholders

• Prepare operational reports including delivery, cost, and inventory updates

Requirements / Qualification

• 3+ years of relevant experience in order management, order execution, or related operational roles

• Experience in Marine, Diesel, or industrial business preferred

• Experience working with ERP systems and order management processes

• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) preferred
