About the job:

  • Responsible for leading, managing and driving a team of customer support and claims handling.
  • Responsible for developing and securing a high performing customer support team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.
  • Elaborate the annual plan with the high priorities for the team based on Local Sales Strategy and Targets.
  • Monitor and follow up of the back log and invoicing.
  • Execute the account receivable plan through the customer support team.
  • Coordinate the order logistics with the Alfa Laval factories according to the customer contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance department for payment management and backlog follow up.
  • Lead the CS team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan.
  • Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies.

What you know:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Commercial / logistics/supply chain work experience is an advantage.
  • 5+ years’ working experience as a CSC manager
  • Business acumen;
  • Strategic thinking & management skills;
  • Strong data analysis skill;
  • Problem solving and target oriented;
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Able to see the whole picture, as well as have an eye for details;
  • Fast learner;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Familiar with office software.
