In this role you will be responsible of People Effectiveness Competences (1) Learning Portfolio, including conducting Training Needs Assessments across the organization, developing training programs and paths, enhancing learner engagement and experience, and evaluating training effectiveness, to prepare our people to lead with confidence, navigate complex environment, and drive the company’s success forward.
You are a passionate L&D professional with at least 8 years of experience in L&D, preferably in a global role and multinational environment. You further bring a deep knowledge of designing and developing learning programs, with a multichannel approach, to support the business setting, with a focus on scale and creating a system of continuous people development. You have experience in facilitating L&D programs.
You are a good team player, loyal, with good interpersonal skills and who likes to work in a diverse team. You know how to build relationships with stakeholders, vendors and learners in a global matrix organization, and strong project management and organizational skills. Your English skills are excellent, both written and verbally.
