Project Management & Engineering (PM&E), Business Unit Separation Technologies, is responsible for executing customer projects for Brewery, Beverage, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar, and Dairy. We engineer and manufacture process equipment around the separator.

PM&E is a competitive project organization that delivers both standardized products as well as customized separation systems that ensure optimization of each customers separation demands.

About the job

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing smaller, standardized customer projects. Included is also to coordinate the key components for ongoing projects on department level.

Projects generally include but are not limited to engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing of process modules and start up. Size and scope of all activities depend on customer contracts. In this role you have an overall responsibility to manage and ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the correct scope.

Your main tasks:

  • Key component coordination
  • Technical Project management
  • Financial management
  • Secure customer requirements
  • Motivate and drive project team

What you know

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • You enjoy managing interpersonal relationships and excel at combining strong technical expertise with effective management skills.
  • You approach your work in a constructive, structured, and systematic manner.
  • You maintain a strong perspective and focus on solutions. You are decisive, able to negotiate effectively, and comfortable saying no when necessary.
  • You are an effective communicator.
