About the job

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing our product portfolio, play a vital role in driving business growth, ensuring the competitiveness of our product offerings, and identifying opportunities for development and enhancement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the commercial product manager for Tank Cleaning Equipment product portfolio.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing and R&D) to drive successful product launches.
  • Spot gaps in the portfolio and define needs for new technologies and product development.
  • Support sales teams and partners with insights, training, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and training - both in-person and through digital platforms.

The position will be based in Kolding or Copenhagen, Denmark, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 80 days per year.

What you know

To succeed in this role, you are likely to bring:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, product management, or technical sales.
  • A strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel up to 80 days per year, both locally and internationally.
