Alfa Laval in Tumba/ Flemingsberg, Sweden offers an exciting Engineering Graduate Program that will run for 14 months starting in September 2025.

Program Highlights:

• Duration: 14 months

• Start Date: September 2025

• Modules: Four modules at our BU High Speed Separators (HSS)

• Trainees: 2 positions available

• Structure: Each module lasts from 1-3 months, with the final month being a placement abroad. Additionally, you will be responsible for a project throughout the program.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Sweden completed by the program start (September 2025) in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Digitalization, Industrial Engineering and Management, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent

• Maximum 1.5 years of full-time work experience prior to the program start (summer work is not counted)

• Excellent proficiency in English
