Purpose of the job

Compliance and Sales Support - Project Order

Roles and Responsibility

Responsible for providing direct support to Sales and projects team in handling Complex Project Order booking and invoicing in ERP system including . while ensuring 100% compliance to Alfa Laval policies and law of the land. Ensure compliance to internal processes during order execution. Responsible for carrying out Inventory management process for India Sales Cluster and carrying out digitalization projects .

Prime responsibility of carrying out proper checks and balances to ensure 100% compliance to Alfa Laval credit control policies and ensuring through respective teams for compliance to export control polices, vetting the customer through world check and usage of correct master data .  

-Responsible for providing direct support to Sales and projects team in handling Complex Project Order booking and invoicing in ERP system including managing order amended in the system, providing proforma invoice to the Sales team ,

-Responsible for the activating and ensuring compliance to the internal processes for the order execution.

-Responsible for carrying out Inventory management process for India Sales Cluster and carrying out digitalization projects .
