About the job

Data Migration Factory Lead

  • Krakow
  • Full time

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the Role

Join us as a Data Migration Factory Lead and play a pivotal role in our D365 F&O rollouts. You’ll lead, coordinate, and continuously improve our Data Migration Factory, working with modern tools like Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx, and the Power Platform.

You will work closely with rollout teams, migration specialists, and platform developers. This is a global role, combining technical understanding with operational leadership, process ownership, and stakeholder management – driving both successful migrations and the evolution of the factory platform.

If you are comfortable discussing architecture and troubleshooting technical issues, but even more skilled at structuring ways of working, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring teams have what they need to succeed – we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, own, and manage Data Migration Factory processes and governance
  • Establish structure and ways of working for the factory, including stakeholder coordination and governance
  • Support ERP data migration (D365 F&O), including master and transactional data migration
  • Collaborate with technical teams on Fabric, Alteryx, and Power Platform solutions
  • Govern migration testing, cutover activities, post-load validation, and production load

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading or coordinating ERP data migration projects
  • Strong process ownership, governance, and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership potential; experience launching and structuring new processes or teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (practical experience preferred, but strong leadership with general Fabric knowledge also considered)
  • Familiarity with migrating ERP data into D365 F&O
  • Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with D365 F&O Data Management Framework (DMF)
  • Power BI, semantic models, or dashboard data preparation
  • Azure DevOps, Git, or version control tools
  • ERP data migration or legacy system modernization projects
  • Data governance, security, privacy, and access control concepts

What's in it for You?

  • Direct Impact: Work on business-critical systems shaping global operations
  • Flexible Work: Start your day between 7:30 and 9:30 AM, hybrid work model
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Annual bonus, Private medical care, lunch card, MyBenefit platform (Multisport card & vouchers)
  • Learning & Growth: Opportunities for upskilling and exposure to cutting-edge technologies
  • Inclusive Culture: We value diversity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Hybrid work model preferred, with presence in Kraków or Warsaw offices (Kraków strongly preferred)
  • Relocation package available within Poland if necessary

We care about diversity, inclusion, and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this, we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application, you will be invited to play the assessment games.

We are looking forward to your application, please submit it online via careers website.
