About The Job
As part of the R&D department, this role offers lots of challenges - but the kind you thrive on. Along the way, you’ll maintain our Cleaning & Mixing portfolio with special focus on Mixing, coordinate and support design and changes, while also aiding in supply and purchasing activities. You will be a crucial resource for your colleagues, sharing knowledge and fostering mutual growth.

Your main responsibilities:
Development of hygienic products, new ideas and concepts related to technology, including new designs, features, and materials developments and services from initial concept to launch, aligning with customer needs and market demands.
Product care and maintenance of our existing product portfolio by facilitating design changes and providing support to supply and purchasing activities.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Product Management and Supply Chain, to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals.
The position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We anticipate approximately 5 - 15 days of travel activity per year, primarily within Denmark.
What you know
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience with mechanical design and product development in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of NX CAD and Teamcenter is considered an advantage.
Understanding materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical calculations.
Experience with technical documentation, testing, and validation of mechanical solutions.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, sourcing, and quality teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
