Job Description

Job Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Assist engineers in scheduling service appointments.
  • Coordinate field service attendances for marine and offshore equipment.
  • Manage Engineers’ attendance on board ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports, and Shipyards.
  • Planning overseas service calls by arranging required visas and necessary permits to enter local yards or terminals.

Customer Communication:

  • Communicate with Marine- and Offshore customers to understand their service needs and expectations.
  • Provide timely updates on service schedules and attendances.
  • Service Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain engineers’ service attendance schedule.
  • Update and compile service reports.
  • Prepare invoices/billing packages for services rendered.

Data Maintenance:

  • Maintain customer contracts and commercial approvals.
  • Handle other field service-related coordination and administrative duties.

What You Know

  • Minimum 3 -5 solid years’ experience in similar or related industries. Prior experience in a marine service environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers worldwide.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
  • Good computer and office automation skills.
  • Ability to work with comprehensive planning tools.
