We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and forward-thinking HSEQ Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of structured Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality programs that go beyond compliance - embedding a culture of continuous improvement, sustainability, and proactive risk management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a long-term HSEQ strategy aligned with Alfa Laval’s global priorities and local regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance across all facilities and operations.
• Drive a structured, data-informed approach to health and safety, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through audits, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
• Lead a systematic transformation of HSEQ culture—from reactive to proactive—by setting clear expectations, engaging teams, and reinforcing accountability at all levels.
• Champion sustainability initiatives, ensuring environmental practices are integrated into day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
• Act as a change leader, using your experience in HSEQ change management to influence senior leaders, guide cross-functional teams, and align the organization around continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of strategic experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in industrial manufacturing or engineering.
• Solid knowledge of OHS and environmental management systems, applicable legislation, and compliance best practices.
• Experience managing incident reporting systems, including near-miss analysis and corrective action planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders in safety and quality improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills—able to translate technical insights into actionable strategy.
• A proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and performance tracking.
