Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for hands-on maintenance and installation of our sites production equipment, using your preventive and corrective maintenance plans, at the right quality and time. 품질수준과 적기에 예방 및 교정적 유지 관리 계획을 사용하여 당사 현장 생산 장비의 직접 유지보수 및 설치를 책임집니다.
• Carry out quality inspections on jobs 작업에 대한 품질 검사 수행
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults 일상적인 유지 관리 작업을 수행하고 장비 고장에 대응.
• Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly 새 부품을 장착하고 장비가 올바르게 작동하는지 확인.
• Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment. 유지관리 도구, 창고 및 장비 제어
• Identify and maintain critical spares for equipment 장비의 중요 예비 부품 식별 및 유지 관리
• Design and implement maintenance plans for equipment essential for production 생산에 필수적인 장비의 유지보수 계획 설계 및 구현
• Focus on preventive maintenance and total productive maintenance (TPM) 예방적 유지 보수 및 전사적 생산설비보전(TPM)에 집중
• Support the factory with increasing its overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) 전체적인 장비 효율성 향상(OEE)을 통한 공장 지원
• Diagnose the root cause of breakdown problems 고장 문제의 근본 원인을 진단.
• Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues 고객 부서, 고객, 기타 엔지니어링 및 생산팀 동료와 협업
• Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components 고정장치, 부속품 또는 구성 요소의 전문 조달을 준비
• Monitor and control maintenance costs 유지보수 비용 모니터링 및 제어
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs 긴급 상황, 계획되지 않은 문제 및 수리 처리
• Improve health and safety policies and procedures 보건 및 안전 정책 및 절차 개선
• Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines 공장 조립 라인에서 기계를 제어하는 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)와 같은 전문 장비를 작업대상으로 한다.
• Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines 설치 및 시운전 지침에 도움이 되는 유지 보수 전략 작성
• Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. 고장 발생 시 기계와 장비를 지속적으로 대체되도록 한다.

Requirements / Qualification(자격요건)

Essential 필수 사항

• Mechanical, manufacturing, production, electrical or electronic engineering degree or qualification
• 기계, 제조, 생산, 전기 또는 전자 공학 학위 또는 자격
• Proven experience maintaining and continually improving essential production plant and equipment
• 필수 생산 공장 및 장비를 유지하고 지속적으로 개선하는 검증된 경험
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills 우수한 조직 및 리더십 기술
• Ability to plan, communicate and report effectively with teams and people at various levels, from shop floor to senior management 작업 현장에서 고위 경영진에 이르기까지 다양한 수준의 팀 및 사람들과 효과적으로 계획, 의사소통 및 보고 할 수 있는 능력

Desirable 선호 사항

• Work experience – Manufacturing and/or assembly of pressure vessels and working with ASME VIII and EN ISO 14731.
• Experience with Diffusion Welding and manufacturing of PCHE.
• Fabrication background – weld fabrication in the energy or marine businesses.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management skills.
• Fluent in English.
