Are you passionate about turning data into strategy? We’re looking for a Marketing Intelligence Analyst who will transform market, customer, and business data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and shape our growth across the CEE & Türkiye region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in CEE & Türkiye
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across markets
  • Conduct market sizing and segmentation to uncover growth potential
  • Deliver competitor insights on positioning, pricing, and strategy
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and dashboards
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to drive data-based decisions
  • Present insights to key stakeholders and support strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategic marketing, or business analytics
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Excel and Power BI, as well as Market Intelligence platforms such as EMIS, GWI, or Euromonitor
  • Solid understanding of market research, commercial data, and competitive analysis
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Fluent in English
