Main purpose of the job / Mission岗位 / 任务 目标:

Manage the administrative activities of Taicang Service Center and Module Center, make sure admin resources are used effectively, and provide timely and effective support for business. 负责太仓服务中心和模块中心的行政事务,有效利用各地行政资源支持业务部门。

Key tasks主要工作职责:

  • Maintain a good and safe office environment, incl. cleaning, indoor plants, courier, pantry, conference room, work meal, door access, etc. 办公环境的维护与管理,确保办公区域安全整洁,包括保洁、室内绿植、快递、茶水区、会议室、就餐、门禁等。
  • Company fixed assets inventory, office equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement and inventory management, check the payment bill and complete payment process in compliance as required. 负责行政固定资产盘点、办公设备租赁及维护、办公用品采购及库存管理,做好费用结算,确保流程合规、数据准确。
  • Visitor management, optimize and maintain the visitor system, prepare tea-break, conduct showroom tours, maintain equipment, and analyse visitor data to enhance guest experience. 访客管理,包括访客系统的优化和维护、会议茶歇、展厅讲解和设备维护、访客数据分析等,提升来访体验。
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with landlord/property company, service providers and other relevant organizations, effectively use admin resources to support business. 对接房东物业、供应商及第三方服务供应商,保持良好的沟通和高效合作,整合行政资源为业务部门提供支持。
  • Manage office leasing, proactively plan lease renewal or relocation study, and assist with renovation projects. 管理办公室租赁,及时规划续租或搬迁调研方案,协助完成装修项目。
  • Plan and carry out company level activities and employee activities. 公司集体活动的策划、组织与执行。
  • Other admin affairs arranged by department head. 部门领导安排的其他行政事务

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job 岗位所需技能、经验及态度:

  • Collage degree or above, preferably majored in Administration, Social Science, Psychology etc.
  • 3 years+ relevant working experience as office admin with solid admin knowledge.
  • Open to regular business travel (inc. 1day per week in SH) Faster learner, teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Great interpersonal skills in communication and coordination.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office.
  • Take ownership and strong service driven mindset.
  • Proactive and self-motived. Solution and results oriented attitude.
