Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:  

• Support daily OTC operations, including cash application, invoicing, and customer account management.

• Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts. 

• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the OTC cycle. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 

• Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system. 

Our Requirements:  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. 

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Strong problem-solving skills. 

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written). 

• English at a communicative level to interact with international teams and stakeholders.
