  • Portfolio Roadmap Leadership: In collaboration with main stakeholders, develop and manage the portfolio roadmap, prioritizing actions such as new product development (NPD), existing product development (EPD) and technology projects as well as phase-out process of selected models.

  • Lifecycle Oversight: Execute the roadmap by managing the full lifecycle of products and services, addressing market regulatory, and operational changes to maintain relevance.

  • Collaborative Development: Partner with stakeholders (e.g. Application Development, R&D, Capital Sales, Service Sales) to ensure the portfolio’s application fit and strategic alignment.

  • Market Readiness and Introduction: Contribute by ensuring portfolio readiness and supporting successful market implementation.

At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position is based at our Søborg (Denmark) office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 30–40 days per year.

You are comfortable working in complex industrial settings and translating market insights and technical understanding into actionable portfolio and business strategies that support growth and value creation.

  • In-depth knowledge of decanter mechanics and operational processes is essential.

  • Skilled collaborator, working effectively with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Sales, and Application Development.

  • Proficient in analyzing market data, competitive benchmarks, and performance metrics to inform decisions.

  • Strong communicator, capable of leading discussions and managing multiple stakeholders.

About You

You are a proactive and strategic leader who thrives in complex, dynamic environments where multiple priorities need to be balanced. You have a strong ability to focus on what matters most in each period, while working across a broad range of topics, from strategy and portfolio management to quality, supply chain, and competence development.
