Job Summary ：

BU HGS's strategic theme NEA. BU need to provide more support for factory to meet our customer's quality requirements and support project Tiger's supply chain & supplier base  localization .

About the job

• Create, develop and maintain our Production Part Approval Process plans, Quality Control Plans, inspection procedures, test procedures etc.
• Handle quality aspects directly related to manufacturing processes/products
• Participate/conduct customers/supplier’s audit
• Handle quality related Non conformity/observations/comments
• Handle quality improvement projects/activities
• Participate in projects/activities to launch new products/modify existing ones
• Manage claim analysis and relative resolution process
• Manage validation of finished products and components
• Support line management in their (line management) Quality accountability
• Support to guarantee customer requirements are completely fulfilled.
• Support to promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.

Who are you?

• You have technical education at bachelor or master level combined with technical work experience
• Experience and knowledge of quality related tasks, processes and practices.
• Experience of work in factory and knowledge of manufacturing industry
• Experience of work with suppliers and in supply chain
• Good communication skills
• You are active, structured and systematic in your work.
• You have ability to co-ordinate between different stakeholders.
• Good English skill both oral and written.
• Genuine interest and abilities in industrial and marine processes
• Knowledge of pressure vessels and marine class requirements is preferred
• Experience in quality assurance is preferred
