About the job  

Are you at the start of your engineering career and eager to work with process development in a global company? We are looking for an engineer to join our R&D team in Ronneby, focusing on brazing, bonding, and material application technologies for heat exchangers.  

Key responsibilities for this role entail:  

  • Participate in process development activities related to brazing, bonding, and material application. 

  • Design and development of production fixtures. 

  • Preparation of product qualification and furnace tests and evaluation of results. 

  • Analyze process data and contribute to process improvements. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and colleagues across our global organization. 

  • Document findings and present in internal meetings. 

  • Learn from experienced engineers and develop your expertise in advanced manufacturing processes. 

What you know  

  • You have a Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 

  • You are newly graduated or have a few years of experience. 

  • You have a foundational knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, gained through your studies or early career experience. 

  • You have some experience with 3D CAD and are keen to develop your skills further, we use Autodesk Inventor. 

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.

  • You have a strong interest in a career working with development of manufacturing processes and equipment in close relation to the products. 

  • You are a team player with good communication skills and a structured approach to work. 

  • You are curious, eager to learn, and interested in hands-on engineering tasks.
