About the job


As a Senior Product Compliance Specialist at Alfa Laval, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our pharma and food products meet the highest compliance standards. Your expertise will drive cross-functional initiatives, influence industry practices, and foster a proactive compliance culture. This collaborative role offers the chance to make a real impact, both within Alfa Laval and across the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive major regulatory compliance initiatives, meetings and improvement actions for pharma products
  • Design efficient processes for creation, implementation and continuous improvement of pharma documentation (Q‑doc)
  • Align and support global rollout and consistent use of templates
  • Initiate and apply innovative IT solutions that streamline compliance processes and strengthen data integrity
  • Share knowledge globally, foster new ways of working across business units, and develop training materials to elevate organizational competence
  • Represent Alfa Laval to influence industry standards, respond to customer requests and participate in relevant industry networks

The position is based in our office in Kolding. At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. We expect a travel commitment of approximately 10 days per year.

What You Know

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of compliance work in the pharma/food industry and a background in global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong command of regulations, industry standards and documentation processes
  • Experience with compliance IT solutions, comfortable with VBA, or eager to learn
  • Excellent English, Danish is a plus
