Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the job

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our ability to attract and hire the right talent across the organization.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for critical and complex roles, working closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will play an important role in improving how we work with Talent Acquisition—bringing structure, insights, and a proactive approach to hiring, while helping the business make better and more informed decisions.

This is a role for someone who combines strong execution with a forward-looking mindset—someone who can deliver today while contributing to how we build a stronger TA capability over time.

What you will do

  • Drive High-Quality Recruitment Delivery: Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on quality, consistency, and a strong candidate experience. Lead hiring for roles where the requirements are complex or the talent market is competitive.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the process. Bring structure and clarity to role definition, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
  • Strengthen Sourcing & Pipeline Efforts: Proactively support sourcing and pipelining for key roles. Identify relevant talent pools and contribute to building a more forward-looking approach to hiring.
  • Use Data to Improve Hiring: Leverage available data and insights to track progress, identify challenges, and support better hiring decisions. Contribute to improving data quality and transparency in recruitment.
  • Contribute to Better Ways of Working: Support the ongoing development of our Talent Acquisition practices. Share knowledge, contribute to improvements, and help create more consistent and effective ways of working across the team.
  • Navigate a Complex Environment: Operate effectively in a global organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Balance delivery demands with the need to continuously improve how we work.

About You

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who brings confidence in delivery and sound judgment in stakeholder collaboration.

You are comfortable taking ownership of your work, managing complexity, and ensuring progress—even when roles are challenging or expectations are not fully defined.

You bring:

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience
  • The ability to build trust with hiring managers and guide them through the hiring process
  • A structured and pragmatic approach to recruitment, bringing clarity where processes or expectations may be unclear
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative
  • Comfort using data and insights to support decisions and improve outcomes
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a broader TA team
  • A willingness to contribute to improving how TA operates, even if everything is not yet fully defined

What You Know

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, working closely with the business on a variety of roles
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes in complex or fast-paced environments
  • Good understanding of sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and recruitment tools
  • Experience working in international or multi-stakeholder environments is an advantage
  • Experience from a recruitment agency is considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required

Why this role

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful hiring while contributing to the development of our Talent Acquisition capability.

You will work in an environment where there is room to bring structure, improve ways of working, and make a tangible difference—both in day-to-day hiring and in how we evolve over time.
