          Service Coordinator

          Contract

          This position is a fixed-term (full-time) role to provide maternity leave coverage, with the contract running until end of October 2026.

          Key Tasks

          • Assign engineers based on skillset and job scope. Coordinate with the customers for site planning (when required) and obtain customer confirmation on site readiness or equipment delivery and job start date.

          • Coordinate job scheduling for field related services including booking engineer’s travel arrangements, visas, inductions, etc.  

          • Maintain accurate data and records in systems. 

          • Handle new vendor setup, approval and registration process in Alfa Laval systems.

          • Issue and manage all POs for tools, periodic calibration, PPE, or any purchases needed.

          • Consolidation and booking of cost/hours and handover to the next team for final invoicing.

          • Consolidation and booking of cost/hours and handover to CSC for final invoicing within 5 days of job completion.

          What you Possess 

          • Great time management skills.

          • Experience coordinating a medium sized team.
