Framo is looking for a motivated Team Leader Project Engineers to oversee and drive excellence in the execution of Service, Rental, and Inspection projects, including our Oil Monitoring and Inspection Program (OMP). This role focuses on leadership, project management, and team development, ensuring high performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an operational leader with high technical knowledge of Framo Systems, strong project management skills, and field experience in Service, Rental, and Inspection jobs. Your ability to lead people, drive results, and optimize processes, including condition-based maintenance systems like OMP, will be key to success.

Your Role

As Team Leader Project Engineers, you will manage and guide the Project Engineering team and the OMP team. You will combine your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure seamless project execution while improving system performance and reducing operational costs for our customers.

This is an operational leadership role where you will combine your technical expertise and project management skills to oversee multiple activities, optimize workflows, and develop your team to create synergies and critical mass. You report directly to the Service Manager and will empower your team by providing the tools, training, and motivation they need to excel

You will play a key role in aligning resources, improving efficiency, and delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Project Engineering and OMP teams, ensuring clarity in roles, team performance, and professional growth.
• Oversee the successful execution of Service, Rental, and Inspection projects, with a focus on OMP to deliver optimized pump performance for customers.
• Oversee resource planning, aligning personnel, tools, and technical competencies with operational targets.
• Actively collaborates with other Team Leaders to achieve the common Framo goal
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align services with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, workflows, and team performance.
• Foster and maintain a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and integrating safety practices into the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor and follow up on invoicing backlogs
• Support to the further implementation of the project management module in the ERP system D365.

About You:

You are a proactive and experienced leader with in-depth technical knowledge of Framo Systems and strong experience in condition-based maintenance, Service, Rental, and Inspection jobs. Your ability to lead teams and optimize processes helps customers maximize their equipment's performance and reduce costs.

You combine project management expertise with a deep understanding of how to deliver value through solutions like OMP, ensuring outstanding results for your team and customers.

• MBO/HBO level of thinking or equivalent experience in a technical or operational field.
• Experience in leading teams for service and project engineering operations.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
