Your role is to ensure operation of company facilities and common equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance, support in rebuilding and implement new machinery. 

• First line support related to machine problem and work with preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans.

• • Checking and repair equipment with pneumatic, hydraulic pressure and high-tech machines.

• • Have a clear picture of the status of the equipment in his charge and initiate the spare parts requisition in advance according to the status of equipment.

• • Be responsible for regular maintenance of such equipment as is in his charge, direct the operators in daily maintenance and service of the equipment.

• • Check the equipment in charge, timely find problems, check and deal with equipment faults, and eliminate equipment hidden dangers.

• • Assist the maintenance related to special equipment (such as crane forklift, pressure vessel).

• • Clean tools, preventive maintenance on tools like pressing tools, cutting tools etc.

• • Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.
