About the job

 As After Sales Support, you will play a key role in providing structured and reliable back-office support for the Food Systems Service Sales Team. You ensure efficient coordination across functions, support the quotation and order process, and contribute to strong customer service and commercial follow-up. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Unit (SU) Service Managers in handling and following up on service requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely coordination and closure.

  • Coordinate communication between Sales Companies, Engineering & Supply, Purchasing, Warehousing, and other stakeholders involved in the internal quotation

  • Create and process quotations, including identification of spare parts, drawings, part numbers, pricing, and delivery times for both new and legacy projects.

  • Submit item creation requests for new Food System parts in Distribution Centers and maintain accurate pricing and price regulation updates.

  • Maintain and update customer and project documentation to ensure data accuracy and traceability.

  • Support the creation of service kits and assist in preparing quotations for Service Agreements.

  • Collect and analyze customer install base data to support sales initiatives and identify service opportunities.

  • Facilitate technical support coordination and contribute to continuous improvement of after-sales processes and customer service delivery.

What you know

You have a degree in Process, Food Science/Technology, Agricultural, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering and bring solid experience within the field. You have a strong foundation in process engineering and a good technical understanding of process systems, enabling you to support both customers and internal stakeholders with confidence and accuracy. Preferably, you also have:

  • Experience within after sales in the food and/or feed processing industry.

  • Knowledge of mechanical and thermodynamic principles, including mass and energy balance analysis.

  • A strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency to meet commitments and exceed expectations.

  • Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset, understanding how technical solutions support business growth.

  • A consultative and communicative approach, enabling effective dialogue with customers and colleagues.

  • Experience from food processing environments — particularly within the protein industry, — considered a strong advantage.
