About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting business development activities for Service Gasketed Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers across process industries. The role involves contributing to sales strategy execution, working with various internal teams, and supporting the management of key accounts. This is a hybrid position based in Houston, TX.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Develop business sales strategy for Service Gasketed Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers in Process Industries, such as Power Plants, Organic and Inorganic Chemical, Oil & Gas and others in the US market.

  • Support its execution with key stakeholders in the organization across multiple departments (sales, operations, marketing, central, others).

  • Responsible for sales development with key/strategic accounts.

  • Telecommuting available for up to 2 days a week.

  • Domestic travel up to 50% to meet with customers, channel, partners and/or internal meetings within the United States.

What you know

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related field with relevant experience, and:

  • At least 5 years with each of the following:
  • Mechanical equipment used in industrial processes (e.g., within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Petrochemical industries);
  • Selling services and maintenance to heavy industry; and
  • Selling to large, global industrial companies.
