About The Job

Reporting to the HFH (Hygienic Fluid Handling) Integrator Manager, Southeast Asia, the key areas of responsibility include managing and developing sales of Alfa Laval HFH products and solutions. The target channels for these sales include integrators, contractors and system builders.

This role is an individual contributor role and does not have team reporting to them. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

Job Description

  • Drive sales and profitability to selected integrators in Vietnam

  • Develop and execute the Integrator business plan.

  • Identify and evaluate new Integrators that will be handled directly by Alfa Laval.

  • Initiate activities that will help to get our products specified at the integrators end customer

  • Maintain regular contact with the Integrator to ensure a close working relationship

  • Work closely with our product portfolio managers to ensure the integrators are trained on new and existing product ranges

  • Provide quotations and order summaries as required

What You Know

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry with a broad product portfolio experience as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a distribution or integrator network.

  • Proven ability to drive the distributors ensuring they focus on our products, high levels of customer service, and achieving their sales targets

  • Strong commercial thinking with good market knowledge.

  • Strong sales-oriented personality with good communication and networking skills.

  • High integrity and professionalism

  • Good command of Vietnamese and English language
