About the job
As our new Business Intelligence Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of the Heat & Gas Systems Business Unit (BU). You will take ownership of key business applications, such as CRM and Installed Base systems, driving improvement initiatives in close collaboration with developers while ensuring that application priorities align with the BU’s strategy and Alfa Laval’s global digital direction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating improvement initiatives in collaboration with developers.
Prioritizing requirements based on long-term BU strategy and Alfa Laval’s global digital direction.
Representing the BU in discussions with central agile development teams (value streams), making sure local needs are incorporated into global roadmaps.
Tracking development progress proactively and communicating updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions across the BU to promote effective use of our digital tools.
Driving projects to optimize the value we gain from our systems, with a strong focus on data quality.
About you
You are a collaborative and structured professional who thrives in coordinating initiatives, keeping a clear overview, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. You are a strong communicator who can manage expectations, align teams, and drive results. You are intrinsically motivated to enhance quality, energized by challenges, and comfortable pushing back when necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
You are positive, energetic, and proactive, with a natural drive to improve processes and implement meaningful change. You are digitally motivated, embracing innovative tools to optimize systems and deliver measurable impact across the BU. With your combination of strategic thinking, coordination skills, and hands-on approach, you turn insights into action and help the business achieve its goals efficiently and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on driving change and transformation.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading change initiatives and working with digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English are a prerequisite.
