About the job

Are you passionate about driving adoption, enabling teams, and ensuring business value realization? We are looking for an Change & Learning Lead to help maximize the impact of our global solutions and processes. In this role, you will ensure process adherence, foster a strong user community, and provide valuable insights to help our organization to improve their adoption journey.  

We are seeking an Change & Learning Lead to drive the adoption and understanding of our existing CRM solution in preparation for the future roll-out of a new opportunity-to-order flow. In this role, you will collaborate with the Project Manager and product management to make sure change implemented stick. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and driving adoption by measuring adoption progress and support to define actions based on progress. Developing and delivering training programs, creating educational materials, and conducting training sessions, webinars, and internal communications to ensure local teams are fully equipped to embrace the current CRM functionalities and ready for upcoming enhancements.

This position is crucial for driving user adoption and ensuring the CRM system is integrated effectively into daily operations. Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft CRM) is essential for understanding the complexities and guiding teams through the transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning paths and training material
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions on ways of working and solution usage.  
  • Monitor and drive adoption of global processes and solutions across the organization.  
  • Track and analyze adoption KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.  
  • Facilitate and manage the user community, ensuring active engagement and knowledge-sharing.  
  • Ensure continuous improvement by identifying adoption challenges and proposing solutions.  

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is:  

  • Passionate about change management – You understand what it takes to ensure successful adoption.  
  • A strong communicator
  • Data-driven – You use insights to drive decisions and support teams effectively.  
  • Proactive & structured – You take initiative, follow up on key activities, and drive continuous improvement.  
  • Experienced in training & facilitation – You have a track record of running impactful training sessions as well as design and develop training material.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives related to digital transformation.
  • Experience in defining and tracking key adoption metrics.
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing and developing training programs, workshops and communication plans to drive adoption. 
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
