What You Will Do

• Drive Strategy: Analyze market insights and customer buying behaviors to build targeted sales plans.
• Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and convert market and customer leads using CRM and digital tools to maintain accurate forecasting.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships through regular client visits and articulate the value of Alfa Laval’s products.
• Deliver Value: Craft tailored, value-based proposals and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policies and risk requirements.
• Showcase Tech: Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations adapted to the customer’s technical understanding.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline). 
• Experience: 5+ years in technical sales, ideally focused on industrial process equipment. 
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of separation technologies is highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
