As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. You will have the opportunity to enhance the employee experience through onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR administration, and employee support activities, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Houston, TX.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling, documentation, and system updates
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance throughout the employment lifecycle
  • Provide administrative support across HR functions, including employee status changes, reporting, and document management
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, and assist with audits and policy adherence
  • Support HR projects, training coordination, and general departmental operations

What you know:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and:

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in an HR support, coordinator, or administrative role
  • Experience with HRIS systems, personnel record management, and recruitment coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and confidentiality standards
