Who you are:
Be a partner to the HR Business Partner(s) on the local level. Pro-actively drive and support organizational, people and leadership development on the local level, in cooperation with HR Business Partner(s). Support local management in enhancing individual and team performance so that the local organization can achieve their current and future business objectives.
About the job:
Common parts
- Drive and execute local activities in line with the Business plan, the Global People strategy and divisional focus to meet strategic and commercial objectives.
- Secure and follow-up that activities from the People Plan(s) are carried out on the local level.
- Drive Leadership development and team development activities to grow the capabilities and performance in the local organization.
- Coach, challenge and support local managers
- Execute the People Review(s) on the local level.
- Support managers in succession planning activities (identification of successors and individual action plans)
- Be an active part in assigned local management teams
- Drive leadership development on the local level
- Drive individual and team performance management on the local level
- Be a customer ambassador towards HR Service Centre
- Monitor customer satisfaction and quality of HR Services delivered to local organization
- Support managers in resource planning
- Implement relevant HR processes and tools in assigned organization(s)
- Support in data delivery to HR Scorecard for assigned local organization(s)
- HR data review for employees in assigned organization(s)
- Consulted, if relevant, in recruitment of business critical positions
- Promote a working culture where processes are followed in order to secure service delivery quality

Special parts
- Be process owner of Jiangyin Site BC talent acquisition process. Conducts detailed candidate sourcing, initial interviews, and coordinates with hiring managers. Utilizes recruitment tools and platforms to attract talent. Analysis of BC recruiting data to secure hiring efficiency at a high level to meet business needs.
- Support site level audit with relevant HR parts to meet code requirements (such as AEO/ISO etc.)
- Take the role as training specialist in nuclear system, support with training activities arrangement and recording etc.
What you know:
- Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Humana Resource or Laws is plus.
- At least 3+ years’ working experience as HRBP experience from multinational companies. Demonstrates relevant HR expertise (Org. design/Perf. Development/C&B/ER).
- Be familiar with HR professional knowledge and labor law, HR policies and regulations and skilled in internal & external communication.
- Good English in both oral and written, and skilled at MS office software.
- Data driven.
