About the job

As a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator at Alfa Laval, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations across HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development. In this role, you’ll coordinate HR activities, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with policy implementation and compliance. You’ll also support internal communication, training programs, and initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about people. You’ll bring attention to detail, a service-minded approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with clarity and care.

At Alfa Laval, we believe in pioneering positive impact — and that starts with our people. As HR Coordinator, you’ll help us live our values of team play, exploration, dedication, and respect every day, ensuring our global teams feel supported, connected, and inspired to make a difference.

This is an onsite position in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR-related queries with clarity and care.
  • Coordinate HR projects related to training, well-being, inclusion & diversity, digitalization, and employee engagement.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for operators and technical staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Promote a positive and compliant working culture where employees follow HR processes and policies.
  • Organize and participate in events, plant visits and workshops.

  • Collaborate within the HR team to align activities and initiatives, working closely with the HR Shared Services Center (HRSC).
  • Responsible for maintaining 5S within workspace, keeping the workspace tidy and organized throughout the day and ensuring it is clean at the end of each shift. This supports a healthy and productive environment for all.
  • Adheres to all company-wide safety requirements and encourages safe behavior among colleagues. Proactively addresses unsafe actions or conditions in a positive and constructive manner, helping to foster a culture of safety and care.
  • Conducts oneself in a considerate, professional, and helpful manner toward fellow employees, customers, vendors, and visitors. This builds trust and strengthens collaboration across the workplace.
  • Ensures all actions are in line with Alfa Laval’s policies and procedures, supporting consistency, integrity, and respect for our shared values.
  • Occasional local, domestic U.S. or international travel may be required – 5%.

We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioural traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role.
