About the job:

Process and KPI Management 流程与KPI 管理
• Manage operational and transactional processes within the TAO Framework, facilitating the drafting of new processes and optimization of existing ones using Business Process Management and Lean tools such as Transactional Process Improvement (TPI), Value Stream Design in Indirect Areas (VSDiA), and ECRSA (eliminate, combine, re-arrange, simplify, and automate).

·         在Framework系统中管理青岛工厂框架内的运营和事务性流程，使用业务流程管理和精益工具（如事务性流程改进、间接区域价值流设计、ECRSA）起草新流程并优化现有流程。

• Set up and manage process documents related to the Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS).

·         建立并管理与Alfa Laval生产系统（ALPS）相关的流程文件。

• Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between processes to enhance collaboration.

·         建立并管理流程间的服务水平协议（SLA），以促进协作。

• Organize regular process audits to ensure adherence to processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

·         组织定期流程审计，确保流程符合性并发现改进机会。

• Conduct regular KPI reviews from the Site to Cell level, ensuring that appropriate KPIs are established to accurately measure process performance based on process requirements and KPI breakdowns.

• Set up and maintain the TAO KPI management system, updating the TAO scorecard monthly.

• Support digital transformation initiatives and explore digital process automation solutions, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

·         支持数字化转型，探索数字化流程自动化解决方案（如机器人流程自动化）。

Production Process Improvement and Standardization 生产过程优化与标准化
• Support the Process Engineering Department (PE) in measuring and reducing standard operation time using Industrial Engineering tools like video and stopwatch analysis, REFA, and MTM-MEK.

·         支持工艺工程部门（PE），使用工业工程工具（如视频和秒表分析、REFA、MTM-MEK）测量并减少标准操作时间。

• Establish and manage the production efficiency measurement system (OOE, Overall Operation Efficiency), coordinating OOE improvement actions with production, supply chain (SC), PE, and maintenance departments.

·         建立并管理生产效率测量系统（OOE，整体操作效率），与生产、供应链、PE和维护部门协调OOE改进措施。

• Set up and oversee the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) management process in TAO, including document control and approval processes. Manage SOPs in TAO as subsidiaries to processes in the Framework.

• Organize regular SOP audit dialogues in both direct and indirect areas to ensure SOPs are followed and updated with best practices.

Shop Floor and Warehouse Layout Management 车间及仓库布局管理
• Manage shop floor and warehouse layouts to ensure alignment between actual status and drawings.

• Design and optimize layouts based on process flow to enhance safety, space efficiency, and reduce transportation efforts using Lean and Industrial Engineering approaches, including Production Preparation Process (3P), Systematic Layout Planning (SLP), and Standard Handling Analysis (SHA).

Training and Moderation
• Lead training sessions for ALPS basics and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

• Moderate Kaizen events for Process Mapping and Re-engineering, Production Preparation Process, Flow-Oriented Layout Planning, and Capacity Increase in Manufacturing.

What you know:

·         Fluent in English, both spoken and written. 英语流利，听说读写能力俱佳。

·         Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt certification is a plus. 拥有精益六西格玛绿带认证；黑带认证优先。

·         Proven experience in project management. 具备项目管理经验。

·         Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with logistics and manufacturing simulation software such as Plant Simulation or FlexSim is a plus. 精通AutoCAD；有Plant Simulation或FlexSim等物流和制造模拟软件的使用经验者优先。

·         Proven experience in Lean implementation in supporting functions, process management, and Industrial Engineering in direct areas. 在支持性职能、流程管理以及直接区域的工业工程领域有精益实施经验。
