Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the job

Are you curious about how a modern service workshop operates? Do you enjoy hands‑on work, technical problem‑solving, and learning how products are serviced, repaired, and prepared for customers across the Nordic region?
We are offering a practical and engaging internship in our Service Workshop, where you will work closely with experienced technicians and gain real‑world industry experience.

As a Service Workshop Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Assist in preparing equipment for customer use
  • Learn how to use workshop tools, systems, and documentation platforms
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities
  • Help maintain order and workflow efficiency in the workshop
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Service Operations and the Nordic Service Center

You’ll work closely with colleagues across functions and age groups, and your ability to connect with people and explain things clearly will make a real difference in how smoothly we move forward.

Who are you

  • Currently studying maskinmester.
  • Interested in hands‑on work and understanding how service operations function
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
  • Able to communicate in English (Nordic languages are a plus)

You value structure and clarity, but you’re also flexible and creative when things need to adapt. You see technology as a tool to empower people—and you enjoy being the one who makes that connection happen.

What you know

You’re someone who combines technical knowledge with people skills and willingness to learn and put in practice what you have learned in your current studies.

Essential background and skills:

  • Student as maskinmester
  • Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written)

This is a 9 months internship. You will also have the opportunity to drive your own project for 9 months period.
