About the job:
•Act as the ultimate owner of system data integrity. Strictly execute all Goods Receipt , transfer, and adjustment transactions in the ERP system (D365) per internal control requirements.
•Ensure each operation is supported by valid documentation (PO, delivery note, customs declaration, etc.) and leaves a clear, compliant audit trail.
•Develop and execute annual/quarterly cycle counting plans. Conduct regular physical stock counts at external module workshop. Lead the investigation, analysis, and root cause tracing of counting variances.
•Supervise the implementation of adjustments and corrective/preventive actions until book-to-physical reconciliation is achieved.
•Lead the development and maintenance of key SOPs such as "System Goods Receipt Compliance Guide" and "Physical Counting Operation Standard."
•Assist in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of master data (e.g., materials, warehouses) to ensure its reliability as the foundation for all transactions.
What you know:
•Good communication and coordination skill.
•Strong self-learning ability.
•Problem solving treat problems as opportunities, willing to learn problem solving tools and practice in daily work. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure.
•Power BI is a plus.
•D365 is a plus.
•Coordinate with others: Do proactive communication, build good relationship with other colleagues.
•College diploma or above in Finance, Auditing, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, internal audit, or financial compliance. Must have a background in manufacturing or a trading company with external factories, with a deep understanding of the challenges in aligning physical flow and information flow in the supply chain.
•Substantial hands-on experience in organizing and executing physical stock counts, familiar with the entire process of counting methods, variance analysis, and subsequent handling.
•High sense of responsibility and outstanding communication skills. Willing to travel occasionally to external factories as required.
